The Elbow Roll

This trick can create a nice pause in a routine, and also provides an alternative way of going into Mills Mess and similar tricks. Put a club in the crook of your elbow and hold it there lightly between your forearm and upper arm. Make sure that most of the club's weight is hanging over the outside of your arm. Now straighten out your elbow, releasing the club, which should fall towards the outside, catch it with your other hand, leaving your arms in the crossed position.
