Juggling On One Side of the Body
This trick involves juggling a cascade with one arm behind your back, so that the hand sticks out on the opposite side of the body:
Learn this with balls first, it will seem very awkward, if not impossible, on your first few attempts, depending on how long and thin you are. Push your hips forward and lean back to give the hand next to your body more room to move about. It is especially important to make accurate throws with the outside arm, because the other hand can't move very far in any direction to catch sloppy throws. Remember - hold the clubs right at the ends and keep the pattern narrow.
