High Throw with Opposite Flips

In this trick, as the title suggests, you throw one club up high, and while it is in the air do a rapid forward-spin throw with one hand, and a reverse-spin throw with the other. The high throw is usually a triple, crossing over to the opposite hand, the other throws are low fast singles that go straight up and down, caught in the same hands that they came from.

Try to make the single throws as low and fast as possible, and release them simultaneously. The clubs should only leave your hand for a split second - the best effect is achieved if they appear to just spin round in your hand without having been thrown up at all. Make sure that the high throw is accurate enough for you to be able to look away from it, down at the low throws, while it is up in the air.
