Club Between the Legs
While juggling a cascade, catch one of the clubs and push the body between your legs so that the handle sticks out at the front. Catch the other two clubs and pause. To return to a cascade, use the bodies of the clubs you are holding to grip the protruding handle of the third. Relax the hold you have on it with your legs and swing it forwards and upwards, letting it go as it starts to rise.
With practice you will be able to make quite a reasonable throw in this manner. As the club falls, catch it and resume juggling. Alternatively, put the club between your legs with one hand, and take it out with the other two throws later; in this way the rhythm of the cascade is retained - the placement and removal of the club are substituted for one throw and one catch.
